Kneesall Old Hall Barn Project
A change of use to convert the eastern end of the hay barn to a farm shop for the occupants to extend the supply element of their business. The shop now serves the community with locally grown fresh produce and also supports the surrounding villages by way of employment.
Careful consideration was also given to protected species and the environment, and a bat roost incorporated into the design.
House Extension, Ilkley
A rapidly growing family requested better use of the available space within their property and to extend where possible with a storage room for sport equipment and bicyles etc. The solution for the given brief was to design a car port and stepped walkway.
New Build House, Hellifield.
The developer had permission to build a new five bedroomed house with garage and stable. Adjacent to the plot and within the site was an existing paddock for use by the owners. The landscaping scheme for this project was to incorporate access to the paddock from the stable at the front of the site.
Proposed Alterations to Yarwell Mill Holiday Park
Proposals to extend the facilities to the exising site with the addition of plots for touring caravans in an adjacent field and to incorporate an convertion, by change of use the disused storage barns to holiday let cottages.
Proposed Equestrian Centre. Newark
The proposal for change of use is to convert the, mainly redundant dairy storage buildings to an Equestrian Centre, to be managed by an experienced Equine operator who already runs a successful livery and training yard.
